I have been a resident for over 2 years now. I've enjoyed being here and the management teams have been amiable to work with. I love the fact I can have my pets and it's ability to take you to about any store you need within a two or three minute walk. The rent is fair, they keep the grass cut and the snow removed during the winter. The sound between apartments is very minimal and you have good privacy within your apartment. On the flip side, I feel like everybody is in my business all the time. I have a child that has autism and a couple of other disabilities. The other tenants in the complex find it necessary to interfer. Most maintenance issues are very very slow to respond unless it's an immediate emergency. I also find the other residents like to call the police a lot so you'll find that they actually drive through the complex daily. No it's a great place to live I just wish they would get to my repairs and my requests much much sooner.
